Thanks everone again for the help.I found a great realtor here at bigger pockets, flew down over the weekend and we signed the listing agreement.The property should be up on the mls on Wed/Thursday.

(Had some time eaten by little things like planning and having a wedding, buying a house with my fiance / husband, moving, changing jobs, etc.)

I'm flying into Philadelphia airport from Seattle for my brother's wedding August 1 and am leaving August 6.

Is there anyone that can go on Wed or Thur?

Long story short, newly weds moved in, wife was completely clueless on how living on your own worked and called all the time due to husband being gone.  2K fridge broke due to her changing the settings, fixing garbage disposal because she threw chicken bones in it.. hot mess.  

Try to come back on a Weds and join us for Coffee with Investors at 7:30am at City and State on BroadHowever, Memphis does have some incredibly rough areas and higher crime and taxes than I'd like.

I really appreciate it.People have already called me crazy for a few of these ideas and I'm certainly not wedded to any of them, just brainstorming.Again, thanks for your input!

Tell you what - it's our 29th wedding anniversary next weekend.  

I find that larger STR's do better for things like family reunions, and wedding parties...So with that said, I find that my units are the perfect size for me.

The property could be used for many things (split & developed, leased to another non-profit, leased to a horse stable manager, open a winery, wedding venue, etc.)
