A couple things that stood out:FREE screening application for both landlord AND tenant (I've never been a fan of requiring people to pay for a screening, considering most my tenants are college students and I hated doing that back when I was renting)Free digital lease and digital signage in California (I use HelloSign to sign my docs and to have it all in one app is far more efficient and looks way more professional)Honestly, this looks like the all-around package deal and all of it, supposedly, for free seems like a no-brainer.

They stood by me in a couple of cancellation attempts and got me my money.

Also the foundation is often not able to support it as well.If you can, then peeling off the roof, removing the trusses and building up should be fairly straightforward.

One of the things that stood out to me the most about Zach, and still holds true today, is that fact that he has spent a ton of time strategic planning with me and my husband to help us create an awesome plan to reach our financial goals through real estate investing. 

I even raised the roof and added bonus room trusses.

I think it is worth the asking price but my main source of fear, which I intend to mitigate by going back with my contractor, is condition of the trusses.
