Have you toyed with the possibility of selling it?

I guess the biggest thing I keep asking myself is will it be worth it and I keep circling back to yes.

Update on the plumbing issue, the plumber found small toys in sink traps throughout the house, one of which was causing backflow problems in a downstairs bathroom.

I have found a decent amount of OPM just being prepared and having something to guide them to yes.
