If  you provide Netflix in your short term rental vacation home  that stays logged into your account, what happens if the renter purchases a movie that is not free?

We are a little more on the countryside so we don't have to deal with the hustle and bustle of the city life you normally see in movies. 

I think that space would make more money as another sleeping area or even a game room or movie room.

Scary hearing this story, since my wife and I just watched the landlord movie “City Heights” where a professional tenant moved in and takes everything.

I could go totally nuts and do that thing where I buy Class B RV and try to live in it on $400 a month because I spent all my money on something silly like the whole disney library of digital movies... all 643 of them.
