Hi @Chris Reyes, I haven't run into this, yet if you have the appropriate paperwork on file for the trust and have a direct line for the administrator then it should function pretty smoothly.

You can spend more time on lead generation (mailing, driving, knocking, etc) and administrative work and the other guy or gal can send your deals out on a JV.

Or, you can just invest the money that you would be putting into the maximum funded insurance policy and then borrowing against directly into real estate and avoid paying the large cumulative fees charged to pay for sales, marketing, administration, overhead, asset management, and profit to the insurance co.
