Are there lenders out there that will loan with low/no Season period or am I at the will of the institution here??

There are 7 protected classes at the federal level.Race, color, disability, religion, sex, familial status and national origin.Here in MA, we have 15.  

I'm also in a similar spot, though I did close on a house out of state, but I am looking for something more grand, like an MFH/Apartment type building in MA.

It’s mainly due to abundant cash infusion from private, hard, local & institutional lenders.

I'm a lead paint inspector in MA and we're always wary of those home test kits.
