I like that Keller Williams has a profit sharing deal, although I don't fully understand it or if any other companies offer something similar.Also, does the commission split vary from office to office within the same company?

I have read many real estate books and have also attended conferences and while many of them are helpful, I have found that the Millionaire Real Estate Investor Book by Gary Keller (founder of Keller Williams Realty) was a great read with many strategies on investing in real estate.
