the very reason why there's fixed loan in USA becaue the gov. mandated private lenders to be baggage holder of people's debt LOL they can do that because there's fanny mae so basically all real estate in USA is guaranteed and owned by government LOLI love my US dollar privilege  LOL imagine if other countries can print US dollars, every country would have a 2% interest rate.

I'm not familiar with the video you're referencing but I imagine what Brandon is referring to is that the amount of taxable rental income that ultimately winds up on his return is far less than the actual rental income (cash flow) he received, thanks to depreciation and other non-cash deductions.Continuing with that example, if you earn $10k of wages and have $10k of yearly cash flow from a rental property, you will pay less tax on the $10k of rental income because it will be further reduced by depreciation and other non-cash expenses.

Since they've lowered interest rates to zero, rates have fluctuated a full 2% while the Fed fund rate hasn't moved.I imagine that jumbo rates will be more sensitive.
