I am always a fan of financing so I have the ability to pay over time and the money I pay with future payments would be worth less due to inflation, freeing up my capital on hand for other ventures.

I personally am not a fan of partners at least early on.

My experience with simple repairs like fan motors and standard parts has been good.

More ceiling fans, new appliances, new flooring, mow their lawn this summer, new fencing, bathroom makeover.Very tough for people to move.
