If the credit items reported are up to date with no late payments that is generally good enough for me.

For me, I had no goals but found that two of the deals that I did, the seller looked me up on FB and said that they felt good about me pretty much because they got to know me through videos / posts that I made and I suppose that it built trust with them. 

I am looking to buy in Indy and your examples are so helpful for me to think about.

@Parker PattschullI would never trust website contact forms as 90% of them are faulty and never make it to where they need to.

I keep going back and forth on which avenue is best for me.

Hello BP new to the forms and new to RE investing.

It was fine during the pandemic but not at this stage for me.  

If it's formed right, typically all that's required is a certificate of trust and a few more documents to show the chain of ownership and grantee/grantor.Will this be a rental?
