Here in Dallas I have seen instances where the bank “rehabs” the property themselves and then sells on the open market.

Any lender in Dallas/Austin Texas area can help me if there are any programs that is okay to sell my property that is not own free and clear? 

I am currently looking around Dallas but there is a bunch of competition out there. 

I'm making a trip out to Houston next week (really to Dallas first for the Brad Sumrok event) then heading to Houston to meet with commercial property managers in the area.

Also would recommend checking out Think Multifamily, they have an event at the end of March in Dallas.

So we bought our first investment property in Dallas TX.

Be careful though...don't sit on the sidelines too long and keep educating yourself; eventually, you'll have to jump in.If you're interested in syndication, there's a good event in Dallas this month hosted by Think Multifamily, called the FIRE Summit.  

@Michael Dooley If your heart isn't set on El Paso yet, I would recommend moving to one of the other major cities in Texas, like Dallas, Austin, Houston, or San Antonio.
