A lot has to do with if it's considered "Real" property or not, and that has a lot to do with foundation type and You state's laws.There are states that still consider mobile homes the same as any other vehicle.I don't know any of this but I think You have a good place to start You research from Your chair, ain't this interweb wonderful?

I have a unit advertised for rent.. this applicant checks out as well as to be expected but my concern is that she uses one of those walker/sitting chair thing-gies ( sorry, that's my best description) well my unit is on slab and don't have any high steps or stair areas but I don't want to open myself up to any of those (I've fallen and can't get up) type issues.I currently do not have grab bars in the restroom or any other place on the property.
