Just sold a building in Spokane, closing on Aberdeen in 2 weeks, Lakewood this week and of course do a lot in my home County, Snohomish County.

When they move rents go close to market.

I join charitable orgs, the local Rotary club and similar orgs, and go to places where movers and shakers hang out/dine.

I can’t wait until we move/rent this house out so I can refinish the floors.

Most people are basing their work schedule, utilities, movers, contractors, and many other things on that date.  

I could always talk them down, it's not about not trusting you, it's about losses suffered generally from such construction activities, there's no big deal at all so long as we just mover along and get'r done!" 

Most of time- we pay the mover as well- so the dealer is only out the front money for the home.
