Most foreign buyers are high net worth individuals who want to park their money there in a safe haven and they don't need BP.No restrictions apply to American buyers in the countries they'd generally want to buy, including those mentioned by Federico and many other popular countries.When it comes to Spain specifically, some more conservative banks will ask you for a 40% downpayment (that would be the maximum) but that isn't the rule.

classic scam.to the OP  google Ingrid Robinson /  American greed   / Remington financial she took those guys down and its worth watching how they work.. the foreigners are on to it.. so anything with even slightly bad English is a huge red flag and 100% fraud.this guy looks more Russian than Kiwi to me..

My first MF I represented the buyer on I made 100k. for maybe a weeks worth of work. 3. if your going to be looking a more resi style duplex 4 plex a lot of those get listed and having access to the MLS is far superior to any other on line listing service ONE simply because you will be able to talk to the actual LIsting agent not someone paying for leads.And then of course having access to MLS lock box's and not relying on agents.. this is huge.Now if your maybe going to buy one property sometime in the future and you have no interest in learning the RE laws of your state or making any money with transactional real estate then sure.. its a pass.. although I would still recommend the pre license course so you learn the basics  the vocabulary and states unique laws.. knowledge is power in RE.

I love the concept especially given the need in your market for storing things like snow machines, boats, rvs etc, but also for repair or general "fab shops".As long as you are seeing the demand in your specific market for these spaces, and perhaps its worth getting some leases signed up prior to breaking ground but thats a personal preference thing, I think the numbers look promising if the use case is there.

You can evaluate the additional cost and payback time as if you were paying for heat to get a handle on it but the jump to most efficient is probably not worth it in your situation.
