It's in a very rural area of western Mass. 

The western and southern states have seen the highest increases in inventory, which is a reaction to the insane pace of price appreciation from an already high level - higher rates amplify the issue and create serious affordability issues in those expensive markets!

I don't travel out to the western part of the state but I'd be happy to get you pointed in the right direction so you'll have a decent idea of what you're looking at.

In fact 6 or 7 of the top 10 are in western US and 5 are in the Bay Area.

I did one property in a duplex nice, but nothing fancy, the other side I called the Bunkhouse and put all kinds of Cowboy ornaments in it, like tables with horse legs, western logwood couch and bed, wagon wheels, varnished pine baseboard and trim, stainless steel appliances, hickory hardwood floors, antique oak hutches and dressers,walk in tiled shower with horses depicted on the shower curtain, elk antler lamp and mirror, etc.
