Hi - Curious what source most use to validate rental rates in specific areas in Chicago...I have been using Trulia as like the overlay of the crime stats but since only really listing places for rent I am looking for other sites that might have better rental stats.  

My first experience with a special assessment is with a condo we lived in, the HOA fell behind in paying for electricity of the common area and gas for central heat.

In the living room there is a gas log propane system that is completely clean with no black soot on it.

  @Sade Williams hey, I'm not a realtor but if the investor-buyer just alerted her a few days before closing that he was having a problem, wouldn't she have had to sign an addendum giving him an extension on the closing date in order for the contract to still be valid?

Several years ago when a new survey was done on their property and the property next door, it was revealed that my parents propane gas tank (which was already in place when my parents bought the property) and part of the walkway (ditto) is encroaching upon the neighboring lot.

Gas up all vehicles. 2 bins of food, gatorade, and water. 

(Contract can be valid for 10-30 days) this seams to be the best option I can come up with.

I had the inspector validate after, and all was well.I bought from a company that has all operations in-house, meaning the PM company is the same as the build company, is the same as the RE sales company.
