My next project is near a university and I suspect I will have many students. 

This pushed me to work hard and get good grades in school and just recently a year ago graduated from the University of Memphis with a business degree.

During my four years of university, I want to attend local real estate investor meetups and "get connected."

In the 1980s I rented (not owned) a house in Seattle and quite successfully sublet a room (with the landlord's permission) to medical school graduates (MDs) who were doing their externships with the University of Washington Medical School.

I’m not a negative person but.... enrollment at WIU is way down the university recently demolished one large dorm tower.

Greetings all- I'm renting properties in an area where there is an increasing number of highly educated immigrants seeking rentals near our major universities.

I currently attend a university and made the mistake of signing a year lease (because its far from home, I didn’t know any better and just wanted to party).
