@Patrick Liska  PA DOES have state inheritance tax, and it applies to PA real estate, even if owned by somebody out of state, like NJ.  0 percent on transfers to a surviving spouse or to a parent from a child aged 21 or younger; 4.5 percent on transfers to direct descendants and lineal heirs; 12 percent on transfers to siblings; and. 15 percent on transfers to other heirs, except charitable organizations, exempt institutions and government entities exempt from tax.

After this tenant having a new concern every week, I think she either wants out, or she’s neurotic...or both.Other complaints: Washer/dryer hook ups are in the basement, child is wheezing must be mold (whole house was tested in July...it’s not mold), washer/dryer hook up is in the basement, want to put washer/dryer hook up in the detached garage (Indiana), not enough room on the counter for their big microwave, the washer/dryer hook up is in the basement, want locks re-keyed because she thinks somebody entered her house (nothing missing), washer/dryer......Driving me nuts!

it's really difficult to tell you every single thing that i look at. i have lots of experience so i can just make offers based on the listing pictures. even if it's just a single picture of the front of the house. that's cause i buy similar houses and know about how much it would cost. but i have a lot of experience, so nothing phases us.in addition, when you have a checklist, the agent will know you are not experienced and will question your ability to close. big things are - kitchen, bath, electrical, roof, concrete.the rest is child's play.good luck.
