There were tables in all romms with coffee, tea, water, morning donuts, afternoon snacks, so we were always fed.Happy hour was about 5:30 to 7:00 or whenever, no booze provided, but soft drinks were (cash bar) Vendors were welcome and were in the lobby and designated areas.

Excellent thoughts Dion.Most every word we are in agreement on, I'd say I didn't fully explain some issues such as those you skipped over.Frankly, I'll bet the bank lobby is popping the corks and toasting over the limitations to private money being in the loop.Dion, you were reading my mind as to a centralized or at least organized processing and origination aspect.

By purchasing it, I would own the entire mountainside, and could offer joint bookings to access those looking for 8+ bedrooms, connect them with hiking trails, and offer amenities that complement one another (i.e. home theater in the larger one, different types of games, etc.).
