An llc has no affect on your taxes whatsoever, the income goes straight to your personal tax return. 

I am okay with losing my EMD, but not sure if this is even worth worrying about:The downspouts do not direct the rain away from the house, whatsoever, and there are no window coverings, so I think these might be the culprit and a simple fix?

What will they do when they have hundreds of people living on the street because they pampered them then kicked them in the teeth?

If you don't have any real plans whatsoever for the money, then you can consider that it's making a more-or-less nominal 3% or so (the cost of borrowing money today), which is better from a return standpoint than sitting in the bank doing nothing but also locks up a lot of liquidity, which is also an important part of any asset. 

However, I know I'm not going to push it on my kids whatsoever.
