I'm surprised at how difficult it has become to first be disqualified for making and having too little and then being disqualified for making and having too much.  .   

I just made that transition and I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was.I can keep all my current bookings with Evolve.I was able to transfer my reviews back to my VRBO listing.For $250, I can keep my photographs and listing description.I am now back on my own and the transition was fairly quick (it took a few days) and simple.

Since it requires a more in-depth conversation, it is always better to be prepared than surprised!

Personally, I had less trouble dealing with VA funding than I've had in the past with other types of loans, which was surprising for me.I've never heard anything good about some of those companies (I won't drop names), but we did use a local company, and even closed the loan in less than a month.

I agree, I was surprised how much you can do with the free version. 

That can be done in a myriad of ways.If you are starting from a blank slate, you will be surprised how much it will set you back getting it right.We started from scratch with a 4/3 lake house.

Surprisingly the creeks do not even show on MLS and many lazy realtors don't even know about them.

Surprised the property price-points are what they are honestly.
