There will be so many opportunities in the future for you that your head will spin, but I think you first need to identify what your goals are with Real Estate.

I get the feeling the author of this article might be just a little bit politically motivated in their spin of the situation.

. ;)Anyways, I hope I have inspired and encouraged some people out there who feel like they are spinning their tires, hustling to nowhere.. or just plain ready to give up.

In reality, I have so many ideas of what I would like to do in real estate that my head spins.  

I just thought of another good 'hybrid' strategy that is a spin- off of doing LOs.

But they are masters of spin and will always try to put it back on you.

Your wholesale gurus have twisted that legal aspect omitting the basics of contract law to spin these niche operators into thinking they are acting legally and ethically.

@John Howdyshell  simple you  DO NOT find PRIVATE Lenders on the internet.. simple as that.. they are people already known to you. anyone on the internet is doing it for a business and therefor is a hardmoney lender.. resign the fact that you need to find a true HML.. or simply spin your wheels.in My case my realtor that I use in Charleston and her family made the loan.. so they were known to me.. plus they get the listing LOL and its a 600k house.
