Everything is two-sided.Going into a business with no market or 'competition' will signal that it is probably not worthwhile.On the other hand, a booming business or industry will a huge industry and competition, shows there is something to it.It doesn't matter, as in both cases you'd still need to kick-*** and work hard to succeed.

To me that MAY signal a frothy market that is due for a correction.

Is there certain verbiage I can put in our Articles of Org or Operating Agreement so I can sign all contracts/docs on behalf of the LLC?

also, If the me and my wife both are th emember of the LLC do we both need to sign all the leases or just one of us can sign?
