Hoping to sell the house for 300k.

I know the market well as I sell a lot of duplexes and small apartment buildings in the area.What was the outcome?

I have had a couple of addresses over the years and usually I have used UPS, but lately I have seen a lot of virtual option popping up ... earthmail ... regus ... digital mailroom ... there seem to be quite a few.Would anyone have feedback on the best route to go?  

Again PMI offers the lower rate because its less risky and offers insurance to the bank.So when you sell your current home try and keep as much as possible and avoid an "All Cash" offer.
