I'm not too concerned about water, lake front on Table Rock Lake, on the White River main channel, with a good well too.Your animal ranch is too labor intensive for me, a guy down by the lake grows rabbits and chickens, a strange prepper type that thinks everyday will be the last, uses a 1/4 tank of gas and tops it off.

I am not sure if the DP requirements and or credit score minimums but I know interest rates have been known to be rock bottom compared.NOt much advice I Can give that already hasn't been said here.

I was very inconstant with my trowel pattern to give a rock look.Step 4:After drying overnight-Hydrate-use sprayer and soak everything with water thenImmediately after-Stain-use sprayer Repeat if darker tone is desiredStep 5: After drying overnight Apply top coat with a paint roller15 minuets in between coats 3 coatsLet dry over night (BAD FUMES so don't stay in house long)The whole project wasn't that bad...even a little fun.
