yeah your old. sorry if that a little harsh but that should not stop you in pursuing new goals. doesn't really matter about you age for investing as long your willing to learn.

Often new investors do not really understand how many crappy deals you have to pursue, do due diligence, and then abandon until you find the right one.

Ultimately we decided to continue pursuing this deal as the overall numbers are still excellent.

If you do come across a deal that you want to pursue contact an agent to get the real details of the property and also use BP for any questions your agent might not answer.

Even folks who are well within the boundaries of a qualified investor would be at a very high risk for having to sell some of their assets if they quit their job and decided to pursue a more active type of BRRRR or rehab/flip strategy.Up to now, ie., before I found this website, I viewed my properties as nothing more than a means to a very comfortable retirement.
