Unfortunately, wooden privacy fences aren't cheap.I'm not sure about the AirBnB casita idea, because you're highly dependent on the quality of the front tenants.

Having a property with and ADU will likely keep good quality tenants away because most of these tenants like their privacy would not want to live a multi-unit condition.

They tend to deal in privacy.

This is the unit in my building(8units townhouse style) that, 1- has a lease ending in the timeframe we need,2-is most desirable unit in the building, its a larger end unit with alot of privacy. 

I want to have a 6ft vinyl privacy fence installed.

I have come across a few strategies: Series LLC - It's an LLC but each property goes into it's own "series" or child LLC - Only a few states have these and I've heard that they aren't "proven in court" - they don't have a lot of precedents - other than that, they seem ideal.Putting each property into a Real Estate Privacy Trust (AKA Land Trust) and making the beneficiary the LLC - there isn't a lot of info on these (pros & cons) It doesn't seem common and I can't find a lot of unbiased infoCreating a separate LLC for each property - this seems like a lot of overhead and complication and renewal feesNot doing an LLC and instead just get an umbrella insurance policy - I'm concerned that they are cheap because they rarely pay out.I'm looking for thoughts, opinions, and suggestions on the above strategies - OR If you have another strategy, I'd love to hear about it!

One of them was a Drug addict that I had to kick out...One of them Trashed my upstairs room and then left EVERYTHING in it...One of them was good at paying on time...but also good at eating my food, and using the living room, and having friends over all the time....So I was able to handle that stuff for a while...But then I got a Girlfriend...my First serious relationship, and I said - alright, time for some privacy!
