I’m here to learn as much as I can, meet like-minded people, and get advice on making a solid first deal.

More than anything, real estate is a people business.

The big thing is always focus on protecting the public, disclose, and take care of people.

Too often, I just hear people say they are "looking for a good deal", but defining that good deal in a specific area makes it much easier to spot. 

This allows you to test all the systems and the people involved.
