The only thing original, still is the HVAC, this is from 1986 and I am leaving it until it completely goes out.

Our agent recommended going with a local bank since they understood the non-warrantable condo issue, but I was stubborn and wanted to go with our original bank.

It requires a corrective deed to be done by a family member who is the one who was part of the original deed disaster and why a corrective deed is required to be signed by him.
