Some folks haven't been able to list their homes due to the restrictions of the municipality.

Unless you are part of an investing contingent with a bunch of other landlords with Trenton holdings, like the "Brooklyn" folk, I feel if you are a landlord living 1+ hours away with the plan to have 1-3 properties in the near term, you will get ripped off.

Hey @Bruce Woodruff so are you thinking that you would offer spots for folks to park and enjoy or park a couple of RVs in place and rent them?

But I couldn't get myself to do what I considered lying, to folks who are behind in their taxes.

Most folks unhappy with PMs are co-managing their rental with the PM. 

Folks with deep pockets are more then willing to buy stuff at 4 and 5% cap rates right now as is.

The approach they use is from the old days - brow beat you into signing on, VERY HIGH PRESSURE SALES MEN, telling folks they are getting a 50% off the scholarship from $20K price tag, only available during the call.
