I've read a couple of Brandon Turner's books now and have been getting really into the mindset to start this journey.A couple major items I'm initially thinking of is where to start.

Initially, we were thinking to make an LLC.

I've been using Avail to generate leases and collect payments from guests for my MTR but I don't think it has comprehensive enough features. 

The deal cash flows minimally initially then after the second and third mortgages are paid off it becomes a cash flow cow.

A person that’s just looking for a property from time to time Brrrr would not be able to generate off market deals very easily without prior experience, etc.

Compare Savings: Subtract the prepayment penalty from the potential savings generated by refinancing (e.g., lower monthly payments, reduced interest rates).

To fund additional investments, consider side income, creative financing or creating a timeline with your co-owner for converting property B into a rental to generate cash flow.

For LP the question still remains: you want to lose 200k now or lose 500k later, all for to just generate 200 bucks cash flow.I'm an adult, and am responsible for my decisions, including the contract I sign as an LP with the GP.
