To me its a lot cleaner when my business buys my laptop or software or internet service or cell phone and my business pays me mileage for driving my car, etc. 

Send it to the dry cleaners!

The catch is that a neighbors property (dry cleaner) is potentially contaminated.

I truly have no idea what to do next but some ideas are...putting ads on craiglist offering to apprentice with painters or cleaners, contractors...and once I have some real experience starting my own business doing one of those.

I will investigate Lowes, and the frieze as well.On an unrelated note the carpet repair guy keeps telling me he can get the smell down to minimal by replacing the pad, tacking strip, and using industrial cleaner on the carpet.
