The habitual tell you whatever you want to hear to get the money and then never talk to you again.On to the next sucker.If you DON'T give them the money they CAN'T scam you........... :)Tell a lender no upfront fees,no fees after LOI or before closing,my attorney holds all funds.If they haven't hung up by then you might just maybe have an actual lender on your hands but no guarantees.

These people have been habitual late payers and I have been kind of easy on them, I know that is a big no-no but I am going to be very firm from now on.

I dont make an issue of it as long as they notify me that they will be late and pay the late fees.Fyi...I believe you can also evict for habitual lateness.

My bank had never heard of it and I’m not sure I like the idea of teaching the tenant how to take back rent paid is a good idea anyway.I only had one rent payment that was not processed, from my habitual late freight.

How do you feel this is right though yes hes letting us out of our lease however it clearly states a landlord has to make the home habitual, this I feel he has neglected, all he said is hes coming over putting a rent sign back out the house reaps of mustiness & other odors that no matter how good you clean its still there & how is it right that we are out security deposit on another home.
