Kevin and the fund will buy the home and lease it to the buyer until their credit has been sufficiently repaired that they can then buy the house from the fund.This almost seems to fall into the too good to be true pile.How can we ensure that we are not getting involved in some scam that is just there to collects folks' $250 and financial information?

I learned the hard way trying buy something and mexico and lost a lot of money please please google and read lots first mexico realestate scams fraud, you are investing in a country where corruption even at the judicial levels is out of control , and even attorney generals governors local were not able to help with anything, i know over 40 investors that lost millions of dollars , do yourself a favor and do business in USA, where even with a bad purchase, flip, rental can recover some money and lose 40K instead of hundreds .

You should do the research yourself and be 98% sure that if the tenant left today you could re-rent it at or above what they were paying for rent.This smells of a turn key scam, be very careful.

They have very clean homes, good prices and only a 5% premium, just not sure if they are legit or scam. genesisauctions dot com.Not sure if I can put site address in forum, not promoting them, just need to know if they can be trusted.Thanks.

I would not be surprise if the government start going after folks for not following regulations a way to collect more money.There was an interesting case Indiana Attorney General Greg Zoeller files suit in tax-sale scam.
