I’m diving into real estate investing with a focus on rental properties, and I’m looking to connect with like-minded investors, lenders, and partners.A little about me:•I’m currently working on securing my first rental property and seeking a strategic partnership with an investor willing to fund the deal while I handle the operations.

Part of those cuts included the short-term rental tax loophole, a strategy real estate investors can use to help mitigate their rental income tax by offsetting earned income with real estate losses, and could be renewed or extended.  

I’ve been a real estate investor since 2015, owning and managing multiple multifamily properties and running a short-term rental business in Cape Cod, the Lakes Region of NH, and the Berkshires.
