:)By this time next month (fingers-crossed) I hope to bring more good news of my 1st purchase!!  

I guess I need to keep my fingers crossed that these first few deals work out and then get an attorney to create my own trust deeds and promissory notes with personal guarantees included.

Even though I am prohibited from lifting a finger, I  do have to fire some cash pretty consistently at the running expenses of the building.

I think we will start to see massive fraud reported in the coming months, where select groups will collect unbelievable amounts while leaders point fingers... and the taxpayer will foot the bill. 

Guess I cross my fingers, hope they actually pay on time, and hope a due on sale letter doesn’t follow immediately behind.

It just seems like it's easier to keep track of all of the books that way and they are all at your finger tips. 

As a Contractor I sometimes get a kick out of listening to people talk about projects like I can just snap my fingers and make it happen.

She's got her finger on the pulse of everything and has been in the game longer than anyone.
