A secured credit card is pretty much marketing hype at banks, it is not an extension of credit as to credit worthness as they can deduct amounts for payments, so the bank could be crediting the account while you feed the back end with deposits.

Ask to see records of the bills sent to you and demand they dismiss any interest and other feeds.

They have personal agendas, plans for the houses, want some of the stuff and ideas abou what to do with the cash from savings or sale.These living people have bills to pay, children to feed and habits to pay for.Find the pain and the things that interfere and solve those problems.

If the govt thinks you're a public problem in your business dealings you're not smart enough to out smart them, it's just a matter of time, if a regulator wants to nail you, you're most likely nailed.Gotta understand, the financing of a RE deal has been around a long time and "investors" have been screwing people for a long time, sometimes it's an intentional scam or unfair practice, often it's arising out of the lack of knowledge, maybe both, bottom line, officials are feed up with it.Add to that the fact that there are larger players that can profit while keeping in compliance that running off the unknowing and scammer types means more business and profits.

Hi,I have printed 250 yellow letters using mya)Canon MP560 - I feed the yellow papers from the manual feeder (20-30 stacks at a time).b) Top Pads lined yellow letter from Office Depot.

Two layers of sheet rock with isolation channel is good.
