To me being an agent for all these decades .. its a lifestyle choice .. its not a job per se. mainly the more successful you become as an agent the busier you get.. there are so many perks to being a successful high producing agent FAR in excess of just the commission income.

Ceiling fan in bathroom looks like it needs to be changed looks like moisture from when he showers builds up and causes ceiling to peel the paint off and third he said his electric stove doesn’t work he said he has told the previous landlord multiple times about these problems and he never fixed them.

I pointed out that it was not above and beyond to finish a job they promised to finish the week before and it's not just an inconvenience but it affects my business as now I have created bad will with my tenants and need to compensate them for their excessive time wasted on this.
