I would think that would be the case for most investor-centric real estate practices/agents.In short, find an excellent investor-centric agent and they should be able to help you quickly stand up a top notch team. 

I would rather spend some front end money now and do a relocation, then be able to use simple side-by-side units than to be forced into stackables or all-in-ones.

I’ve continued to receive excellent returns on Fund II.  

The plan is to create an Excel sheet where I could plug the basics into a formula and it would give me a side-by-side view of how the investment looks with each fund option. 

I add it to my excel sheet as a reminder to send the form for rent increase.
