City-data.com will show similar stats, and show crime heat maps, so you can stay out of the hood. 

I have seen stats that show that the Austin MSA is the fastest growing in the country.

The table with stats from rental payments showed some decent numbers considering the situation at hand.

You can use stats or examples - or whatever you can think of.
