Eventually I want a large portfolio that gives me the flexibility to cash flow AND fix & flip. 

@Kai Sato-Franks got me I understand what DR days and eventually I will buy everything cash but to start I will leverage!

Many pop into BP asking stuff they can easily research, then eventually vanish never to be heard from again after dozens wasted time giving them expert guidance. .

This will eventually become another STR for us.

There was a great post I want to find in the forums again but appreciation buys you more cash flow eventually. 

They used them and eventually they broke.

We stopped in last 2021 to allow for a pause / stabilization and are now doing some build-to-rent.I feel this is, now, a harder market to get great cashflow, but we have seen good appreciation and good rent growth, so eventually more cashflow will come.Happy to meet up for a Diet Coke and chat. 

I plan to get one eventually, but fires are just something to prepare for.

Other than that, beyond 1031'ing a property, eventually anything sold for a profit is going to have to pay the tax man at some point in time. 

I eventually will invest there as well so by having these connections beforehand i think will benefit all parties involve.
