I know a lot comes from time and connections so I've been focused on just learning the game as much as possible! 

Thats the name of the game.

It appears to me that it is a newcomer and many things are in-progress that some more established software already has in place (ie.- linking accounts and integrations). 

Initially we thought weekends for football games, homecoming, graduation and ect would be our clientele but  I’m liking the idea of weekly stays from these types of guests.  

Have you established a new primary residence?

Being able to tailor terms and close quickly is definitely a game-changer, especially when traditional lenders can’t offer the same speed or options.I’m curious, what kind of deals are you focusing on at the moment?

If there are any established groups or if you would be interested in creating one, please let me know or it would be great if anyone could point me in the right direction!
