I think it depends on your management style, but as you get more and more units you will naturally have to pull back a little.

Solo style or team oriented?

Its a high management style of being a landlord.

IMO the grocery-retail-apartments all in one footprint is a nice model for redevelopment in urban areas where currently it's difficult to locate a big box style store plus parking lot, etc..I know a lot of people gripe about gentrification, but it's great for the long term viability of a neighborhood.

@Thomas S. has a very bulldog approach in my opinion, but if it works, there's no reason to change it, we just have different operating styles.

These are mostly older, 100yr old homes with all kinds of styles and sizes. 

Most environmental biologists would agree that the air quality test are basically useless in detecting mold.

It has to transfer within the gov’t first, then undergo a litany of environmental testing and such, then actually be listed for sale.
