Looks to me there isn't a lot of room for creativity in SLC based on my understanding of Zoning and Planning.

I wanted to understand if anyone has used AI for more similar and more advanced real estate use cases.

I have never invested in syndication.I understand diversification in different asset class (precious metals, real estate stocks etc).

I understand that if I rent this ADU out, then I can have a tax write off on the mortgage payment and insurance payment for the the ADU's sqft portion.

I understand in NJ, landlord is not collect to charge pet security deposit.

I'm sure another savoy investor will chime in and change our minds, but that's my understanding of mobile homes.
