Hey Dennis,This is just a shot in the dark but maybe you can look at what the standard rates are on a business loan from local banks.

At the moment, it seems that they are smoking weed consistently at night (either that or a very consistent smokey skunk is roaming the premises *insert eye roll) My question is: can I do anything to stop this obnoxious smell?

@Alex Zipeto If you are worried that residents will say you are discriminating then what you can do is a smoke detector check or AC filter check.

There are a few ways to look at this: 1. do you know of any smoking good deals out there that you'd buy at the drop of a hat?
