I would like to know what an investor should be doing every day to become knowledgeable and successful.so if it's not to much, I'll like to know what are yall daily rountines, like from mourning to the afternoon (or whatever) and how much time do yall give to different task.

It seems in FL this bank has a lot of foreclosure properties they are taking back (scanning the Deed transfers daily).

Just do what you can to stay positive and try not to spit on any politicians during your daily routine.I've enclosed a copy of the latest bill..

The daily maint. is less than a hotel or motel; no linens to wash, 2 sets of bathrooms rather than 1 in every room.

Another thing I've heard the gurus say that I think is silly is having hourly and daily goals.

I don't want a fancy car, although I do enjoy hotrodding (build them myself....and then sell them for a profit.....but drive an 8 year-old Neon as a daily, great on gas, cheap to work on).
