My model projects these can be without private or individual site water, power, bathrooms, and/ or wifi and still be worthy investments.

If a cash out refinance, many lenders will allow the cash out to satisfy the reserves requirement.As mentioned earlier in the post, DSCR lenders generally let you vest either individually or as an LLC.

BUT, borrowers need to know that borrowing from individual investors is WAY different that borrowing from a lending institution or business set up to lend money.
