I have a new construction Family Dollar / Dollar Tree that will be completed on 10/1 that we will be selling.

That being said, I’ve found a townhome, new construction, with the interest rate incentives as low as 3.99 & 4.99 it a a great area.

Or internally managed: I generally view in-house control as better, but internal PM and construction management work best at scale.  

I have 8 years experience in commercial construction, civil engineering, and project management, so hoping to leverage that skillset to help me.
