The property is across the street from the library , within 1-2 blocks radius of the post office , diner, pizzeria ,churches , dentists office as well as other small businesses , what other information do I need before pursuing this deal?

There is no visible problem to the outside brick or concrete.

I source properties and conduct concrete deal analysis for my investor clients.

Rental demand is high here due to the proximity to the beach (just two blocks from the ocean), large university close by, the shopping and dining within walking distance, and the history and charm of the area.  

This far I've been unable  to find anything concrete, but that's what I'm looking for. 

I don't want to block the sale. 

Hey everyone,There is this property that I am looking at and its not in a particularly nice area, however it is 2 blocks of downtown and a major tech employer in Raleigh.

I hope there is something concrete in The Act that I can use to ensure that the business agreement of the lease is fulfilled by the tenant.

Well, if I didn't have to worry about money, I could further my other pursuits (become a financial adviser, build a financial business focused around helping those in crisis, and a little bit of rubbing it in every person's face that has told me I can't do it).I'm still wrestling with this moral dilemma, but one day I'll have it sorted out and could give a more concrete answer.  

However, I'm still trying to gather concrete information on the topic.
