Been dealing with NYC DOB, initially as an Expediter, now as a Licensed Architect on behalf of my client's and their projects since 2005. 

Has been a really solid market for myself and my clients.

Occasionally, I assist fellow investors in finding suitable properties.I have two clients who are business partners who are interested in making lowball offers on various listings.
